التدخين آفة مدنية كريهة أنزلت بالإنسان العلل والامراض ، وتأثيرها الضار لا يقتصر على القلب وضغط
.الدم والمجارى التنفسية والمعدة وأمراض أخطرها السرطان القاتل ، بل تعداها الى تلويث البيئة
ومن المفارقات الباعثة على الغثيان أن الإنسان يقبل على شراء هذه السموم الفتاكة بلهفة وشوق بما
تحدثه فى كيانه من تفاعل غريب يجعله يلح فى طلبها الى أن تقضى عليه ، مثله كمثل الظمآن يمتح من ماء البحر كلما اغترف غرفة طلب المزيد، أو كنار جهنم كلما قيل لها هل أمتلات قالت هل من مزيد!ان التدخين يسبب انواعا عديدة من السرطان أهمها سرطان الرئة .لقد كان عدد الإصابات بهذا المرض فى الولايات المتحدة الامريكية يقدر بحوالى 600 إصابة سنويا وقد ارتفع هذا الرقم فى سنة 1977م الى حوالى 85.000 إصابة وليس هناك أدنى شك أن أهم الأسباب التى أدت الى هذه الزيادة الهائلة فى الإصابات هي التدخين. وللتدخين كذالك مضار كبيرة جدا على الجنين حيث أثبتت الدراسات أن النساء الحوامل المدخنات معرضات بنسبة عالية للولادة قبل الأوان وللإجهاض ولولادة الجنين ميتا ولموت الطفل فى الأسابيع الاولى بعد الولادة. كما أظهرت هذه الدراسات بأن تدخين الأم يسبب تقلصا فى الشرايين الدماغية عند الجنين ، فالغاز الموجود فى السجائر يمكن أن يعرقل عملية انتقال الأكسجين من الدم الى الجنين ، إذ ان ارتفاع مستوى اول أكسيد الكربون فى دماء الاجنة والأطفال المولودين من أمهات مدخنات يضعف من قدرة الدم عللى نقل الأكسجين (وذالك لأن غاز أول أكسيد الكربون له القابلية والقدرة على الإتحاد بالهيموغلوبين وإضعاف قدرة الاكسجين على ذالك ) . وتفسر الدراسات أن سبب صغر حجم الأطفال المولودين من أمهات مدخنات يعود الى عرقلة نقل الأكسجين أنسجة الجنين. وقد أكتشف كذالك أن التدخين يساعد على الصلع الى جانب مضار التدخين الكثيرة وأنه من المؤثرات كذالك على تساقط الشعر ، فالنيكوتين يسرع بالصلع الذى ثصيب الكثيرين .اكثشفت إحدى الدراسات أن 75% من الرجال المصابين بالصلع تتراوح أعمارهم بين 21- 22 سنة كانوا من المدخنين وأن معظمهم كانوا قد بدؤوا بالتدخين وهم فى سن الرابعة أو الخامسة عشر ، برغم العوامل الوراثية للصلع فإن المدخنين يفقدون شعرهم بأسرع مما يفقده غيرهم .أخى المسلم إنطلاقا من قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم (لا ضرر ولا ضرار) فابدأ من الآن بالإقلاع عن التدخين وقرر بشكل قاطع أنك تريد الإقلاع فإن ذالك كما قال تعالى (من عزم الأمور) وهذه الخطوات تساعدك على ذالك:1- حدد موعدا للإقلاع وليكن فى أقرب فرصة ولاتسمح لنفسك بالتأجيل حتى لايؤثر ذالك على شخصيتك وقرارك.2- إستعن بالله وادعه مخلصا أن يمنحك القوة والتوفيق لتحقيق ذالك : قال صلى الله عليه وسلم (إذا استعنت فأستعن بالله).3- ضع أمام عينيك دائما أخطار التدخين وعواقبه وتذكر أن الله سائلك عن الصحة والعمر والمال.4- إحذر أصدقائك الذين يحاولون تنحيتك عن الإقلاع عن التدخين وتذكر حديث الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم :(المرء على دين خليله فليظر أحدكم من يخالل).5- قرر أن تقتطع مبلغ المال الذي كنت تصرفه فى التدختن للتبرع به للفقراء واليتامى بشكل يومى أو لبناء مسجد لأن الله تعالى يقول (وما تقدموا لانفسكم من خير تجدوه عند الله هو خيرا وأعظم أجرا) صدق الله العظيمبعد اقلاعك عن التدخين ستشعر باضطرابات فى النوم أو تعب أو توتر وتأفق أو جفاف بالفم ... هذه أعراض طبيعة فى البداية ، لان الجسم مازال متعلق بالنيكوتين . خذ قسطا من الراحة ، ولاترهق نفسك فى هذه الفترة ، وامتنع عن تناول القهوة والشاى والمشروبات الغازية المحتوية على الكافيين بعد الافطار ، وجرب تمارين الاسترخاء والراحة النفسية ، واستشر طبيبا إذا دعت الضرورة ، واستعن على الصعوبات بكل مايمكن أن يقويك (حسن الصلة بالله سبحانه وتعالى ، التقوى ، والعبادة).وضع دائما نصب عينيك هذه الآية عندما يزين لك التدخي (مايكون من نجوى ثلاثة إلا هو رابعهم ولا خمسة إلا هو (سادسهم ولا أدنى من ذالك ولا أكثر الا هو معهم أينما كانوا ثم ينبئهم بما عملوايوم القيامة
